Extended Opportunity to Pay 2026 Examination Fees or Claim the Fee Alleviation
Dear GCC Parents/Guardians & Students,
The State Examinations Commission has been engaging closely with schools since the Government announcement In October 2025 that Examination Fees are being re-introduced for the 2026 State Examinations. To facilitate all candidates in paying their fee or claiming the fee exemption in advance of the June examinations, the SEC is extending the opening date for the Fees Portal to Friday 22 May 2026.

If you need the candidate letter for payment of exam fees with your login details, please email the school office at glanmirecc@corketb.ie and the letter will be emailed to you.
Thank you to parents and guardians who have completed the payment or claimed the alleviation. Please note the fees section in the Department of Education highlight that failure to pay examination fees may have serious consequences for candidates up to and including the withholding of the final Examination Certificate.
