School Memos

3rd Year Home Economics students are busy preparing for their upcoming food skills & culinary exam. Ms. Coy and Ms. McKenna’s 3rd yr students have stayed back after school for hours on end to refine their culinary, presentation and evaluation skills.

Lifelong learning in full swing; students will tackle their exam in the coming weeks, cooking foodie delights such as fish pie with parmesean crisps, sticky date muffins, spaghetti bolognese, spicy chicken stir fry, wholesome crumbles, raspberry & vanilla cheesecakes, hearty vegetable soup…the list goes on.

All our teachers in the Home Economics department are very proud of the students.
