Please see the information below form our PE Department who have organised a virtualĀ exercise to promote your well-being!
The next few weeks will challenge us all in different ways. Now, more than ever it is so important to keep active and fit for both our physical and mental health. Over the next few weeks, we will be encouraging you all to keep as active as possible, and to give you some focus for this we are going to hold a virtual race (5KM run/walk/jog) during the week of the February mid-term.
Each week, we will post training plans to the school website that you can use to help get yourself prepared for the virtual race. Whether it will be your first or your fifty-first 5 KM run, each of us will have different abilities and goals but the important thing is that you get out and get moving. The benefits of movement are endless…you might even find that you enjoy yourself!
