GCC were awarded Silver Certification at the recent inaugural Entrepreneurial School Awards (TESA) Summit at the Microsoft campus in Dublin. The initiative was launched by the Minister for Education, Joe McHugh T.D. earlier this year. The awards were a collaboration between Junior Achievement Ireland and Microsoft with support from NAPD and the IPPN. GCC made a detailed application last May outlining how the school promotes enterprise not just in Business but throughout the entire Curriculum and School Community.
The Certificate was presented to Ms Angela O’Sullivan (above centre) by Helen Raftery CEO Junior Achievement Ireland and Siobhain O’Hea Junior Achievement Cork.
